Refund policy
Only products with factory defects can be refunded.
At Yellowood, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Please read the following Return & Refund Policy carefully, especially regarding international shipments.
1. Returns & Refunds (General)

We accept returns for unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, including the original shipping fee and any return shipping costs.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
2. Orders Shipped to the United States
For orders shipped to the United States, please note the following important conditions:

We do NOT issue refunds for orders in which the customer refuses to pay U.S. import duties, tariffs, taxes, or customs fees.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection may require payment of tariffs or import duties before releasing the shipment.

These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not charged or controlled by Yellowood.

If a customer refuses to pay these mandatory import charges, resulting in the package being held, returned, or destroyed by customs, no refund will be issued.

Shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstances.
3. Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
4. Lost, Refused, or Unclaimed Packages
Yellowood is not responsible for:

Packages delayed by customs

Packages refused due to unpaid customs/tariffs

Unclaimed packages returned to sender
Refunds will not be provided in these cases, and shipping costs will not be refunded.
