Refund policy

Only products with factory defects can be refunded.

At Yellowood, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Please read the following Return & Refund Policy carefully, especially regarding international shipments.


1. Returns & Refunds (General)

  • We accept returns for unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, including the original shipping fee and any return shipping costs.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.


2. Orders Shipped to the United States

For orders shipped to the United States, please note the following important conditions:

  • We do NOT issue refunds for orders in which the customer refuses to pay U.S. import duties, tariffs, taxes, or customs fees.

  • U.S. Customs and Border Protection may require payment of tariffs or import duties before releasing the shipment.

  • These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not charged or controlled by Yellowood.

  • If a customer refuses to pay these mandatory import charges, resulting in the package being held, returned, or destroyed by customs, no refund will be issued.

  • Shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstances.


3. Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


4. Lost, Refused, or Unclaimed Packages

Yellowood is not responsible for:

  • Packages delayed by customs

  • Packages refused due to unpaid customs/tariffs

  • Unclaimed packages returned to sender

Refunds will not be provided in these cases, and shipping costs will not be refunded.
