How much is shipping?
We ship worldwide, Normal shipping, handling and packaging is 9 Euros for decks.
We only ship with air mail, the post office will give us a shipping confirmation as proof of sending and a tracking number. Shipping is calculated in the checkout process before you pay.
We also ship express mail with DHL.

If I order 2 Fingerboard decks, do I have to pay 2 times shipping?
No. Shipping is calculated by weight, up to 3 Fingerboard decks in the same order we only charge one shipping.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders take time to process depending on work demand and will only be shipped after your order status changes to “SENT” you will receive an email with tracking number. ONLY After you receive the email Standard international orders will take 3-20 working days, Express worldwide take 2-4 working days under normal circumstances.
Orders sometimes take longer to arrive because they are randomly picked by customs to check the content. 
If the tracking number we provided says "In transit" means your order has left Portugal for international dispatch and is arriving soon.
Please be patience, don´t send us mails asking when they will arrive, we don´t have control or responsibilities over shipping times, delays and traffic problems.

How long do i have the Fingerboard deck in cart?
The Fingerboard deck will be in your shopping cart for 10 minutes to finalize the buy, After that the deck will go back again into stock.

Where will you ship my order?
For Security, Delivery will only be made to the address attached to the paypal of the person who payed. Please be sure that your address is correct in Paypal. We do not deliver to alternate addresses.

Is anything else besides the Fingerboard deck that i bought?
Yes. stickers.

Can i choose the colour of blank Fingerboard decks?
No. Colour and effect are random.

Can i pay by sending cash in the mail, Cheque or Bank Transfer?
No. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Crypto.

My order is damaged. Who’s responsible?
We take no responsibility for lost or damaged packages due to bad handling of post office or mis-directed packages.

Can i cancel my order?
Yes, but only if we haven´t shipped yet. Once shipped you can´t cancel it.

Can we return our purchase?
Returns can only happen if products are in the original box unopened and unused, if the are used or assembled they can not be returned.

Does Yellowood have a team?
Yes.

Will Yellowood sponsor me?
No, when it’s time we will make tryouts and choose from there.
